Responsibilities
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
- Be willing to grow your business through your sphere of influence. We show you how!
- Guide buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.

Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Real Estate License
- One year in the business or 5+ transactions under your belt
- Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Be great at solving problems
- Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
- Familiarity with the Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh County real estate markets
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies on a regular basis
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car
- Weekend and evening hours required, especially in the first 12 months
- Need excellent computer and technology skills
- Must appreciate weekly accountability check-ins designed to help you achieve your financial goals
